Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Credvest Blueprint, an internal tool for preparing, checking and approving marketing briefs and ads. By signing in you agree to them.

Who may use Blueprint

Blueprint is for Credvest staff and approved collaborators who have been given access by an administrator. You must sign in with your own Credvest Google account. Do not share your account or let anyone else use it.

Roles and permissions

What you can see and do depends on the role you are given. Do not try to access briefs, ads or settings outside your role. An administrator can change or remove your access at any time.

Your responsibilities

• Enter information that is accurate and that you are allowed to share.
• Make claims in briefs and ads only when Credvest can support them with documents. This matters most for prices, dates, RERA details and any statement about returns.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Keep confidential information inside the tool and inside Credvest.
• Do not try to break, probe or overload the service, or work around its checks and approvals.

Automated checks are an aid

Blueprint uses automated analysis to find gaps in briefs and to check ads. These results can be wrong or incomplete. They help reviewers but do not replace them. People remain responsible for what is approved and published, and a passed check is not a legal or regulatory clearance.

Approvals and records

When a brief is approved, its content is locked. Approvals, comments and other actions are recorded with your name and the time, and these records may be used to review decisions. You agree that your actions in Blueprint are recorded in this way.

Ownership

Briefs, ads and other work created in Blueprint belong to Credvest. Blueprint and its design remain the property of Credvest and its providers. You may use the tool only for Credvest work.

Availability

We aim to keep Blueprint available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, pause or retire features. Keep your own copies of anything critical, such as final ad files in Google Drive.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if an account is at risk, or when someone leaves Credvest.

Limits on liability

Blueprint is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Credvest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the tool, including loss caused by an incorrect automated result.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Blueprint means you accept it. For questions, contact the Blueprint administrator at Credvest.
