Credvest Blueprint is an internal workflow tool used by Credvest teams to prepare marketing briefs, check ads against those briefs, and approve them. This policy explains what information the tool handles and why. It applies to everyone who signs in.

Who can use Blueprint

Blueprint is open only to people with a Credvest Google account that an administrator has added. We do not offer it to the public and we do not collect information from anyone outside Credvest.

Information we handle

  • Account details. Your name and Credvest email address, which Google shares when you sign in, and the role an administrator gives you.
  • Work you create. Briefs and their details, answers to questions, Google Drive links, ad files and ad copy, approval decisions and comments.
  • Activity records. A log of who did what and when, such as creating, sending, approving or returning a brief. This supports accountability and cannot be edited.
  • Technical data. Basic information needed to keep the service running and secure, such as error logs.

Google sign-in and Google Drive

You sign in with Google. Blueprint asks for read-only access to the names and details of files in Google Drive, so it can list the file names in a Drive folder you link to a brief. It does not read the contents of your Drive files, and it cannot change, move or delete anything in your Drive. You can remove this access at any time from your Google account settings.

How we use information

  • To run the brief, review and approval workflow.
  • To check ads against the approved brief and Credvest guidelines.
  • To show people the work and decisions they are involved in.
  • To keep the tool secure and to investigate problems.

We do not sell information and we do not use it for advertising.

Automated analysis

Blueprint uses an AI model to read brief text and ad images, to find gaps and to compare ads with the brief. The text and images being checked are sent to the AI service for that purpose only. The results are suggestions that a person reviews before anything is approved.

Where information is kept and who sees it

Information is stored with Amazon Web Services in India and protected by access controls. Files are kept in private storage and are shown only to people who are allowed to see the related brief. Access depends on role: for example, BD sees their own briefs, marketing sees briefs sent to them, and the final approver sees ads waiting for approval. We share information with service providers that run the tool, such as AWS and Google, only as needed to provide it.

How long we keep it

We keep briefs, ads, approvals and the activity log for as long as they are needed for Credvest business and record keeping. Approved briefs are locked so that what was approved can always be shown. When someone leaves Credvest, an administrator turns off their account. Their past work and the activity log remain.

Your choices

You can ask an administrator to correct details on your account, to change your role, or to turn off your access. You can withdraw Google Drive access in your Google account at any time. Some records cannot be removed because they show who approved what.

Security

We use sign-in restricted to Credvest accounts, role based access, private file storage and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure. If you notice something that looks wrong, tell an administrator straight away.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the tool changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Continuing to use Blueprint means you accept the current version.
